Delivery of goods policy

We aim to deliver all orders to Irish addresses within 3/7 working days from receipt of order, however, certain products may be on an extended delivery period. We will allways advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order. we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone.

On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.

Any damages should be via e-mail to us within 24 hours of receipt to avoid additional charges.

Standard IRL delivery charges are identified by product. Please call (irl only) 021 4884626 from abroad 00353 214884626 for emergencey delivery prices.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland may attract an additional delivery charge, but we will allways sseek your approval on this before processing your order. Deliveries outside Ireland will be suject to addional charges, which we will confirm before processing your order. There may also be delays whilst we arrange suitable shipment. Customers shoule note that thay will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Refunds Policy

If you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item, then notify you via e-mail of your refund. you can expect a refund in the same of payment originally used for the purches within three weeks of our reciving your return.

HOW REFUNDS ARE CALCULATED

Items returned because thay are demaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling-off period

By law, customers located in the European union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchas within the seven working day cooling off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending to you as follows:

a) where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the pre-item charge for deliverythat you incurred;

b) where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable pre item delivery and the pre-delivery charge that you incurred;

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee.

Where you are withdrawing from the purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery and there has beenno error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Unauthorised use of Credit Cards

We have a strict policy of investigating all attempts of ordering from our web site by unauthorised persons using stolen credit card numbers. All suspicious orders will be investigated by sophisticated means and if necessary the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the righ to validate all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

All items sold are subject to availability.

All offers are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. we do operate a 'back-order' system and should a part be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be despatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. please advise us if this will no be sayisfactory. Product availability is subject to cnange without notice.

Orders.

We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purcrhase.

Guarantees.

MPS Water strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 30 days of delivery. See refund policy for further information.

Warranty.

All machanical parts sold by MPS Waterare covered by a full 12 month warranty from the date of despatch. This warranty is limited to the value of the part, and dose not include fitting costs or failer of related components. In the event of a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation speedily.

Descriptions.

All product descriptions are given in good faith.

Damaged Goods.

All goode are carefully packaged before despatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

Return procedures for faulty goods.

In the highly unlikely event of been sent faulty goods please return the goods with a description of the fault to;

Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of carriage.

Application of VAT.

All prices showe are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) Unless otherwise stated. orders sent to counties outside the EU are VAT free. Please note on International shippments that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

The terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of goods and services you order, from the basis of a contract under the law of Ireland between you the customer and MPS Water. Your statutory rights under the law of Ireland are not affecter by these terms and conditions.
